Where an incident involves or may involve personal data, Employees Global Ltd is notified promptly as Data Controller, enabling them to assess and fulfil their obligations under UK GDPR.

A breach register is maintained to record all compliance incidents.

Passwords and access credentials are reviewed and updated in the event of a confirmed breach or compromise.
