Access to the platform is restricted and controlled at multiple levels.

Platform Access The platform operates as a closed system. Access is available only to registered users. Registration routes vary by user group — Members register via a unique link provided by their Partner Organisation, Local Suppliers register via Single Sign-On, and Recommended Professional accounts are created by the HeroPerks team.

Authentication All user accounts are protected by strong passwords, enforced at the point of registration. Session management follows standard authenticated session behaviour.

Server Access SSH access to the hosting infrastructure is restricted to authorised IP addresses only, preventing unauthorised remote access attempts.

Administrative Access Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel only. Internal access controls are governed by a formal Information Security Policy.
